Perfect for front of house cooking. This unit has integrated “air cleaning system”, which pulls grease, odour and other pollutants into a filter cleansing system.
3 independent induction Hobs including induction Wok Curvette.
Built in fire suppression. Includes both manual pull switch and auto detection. Will suppress cooking grease fires by combining saponification with cooling.
Can be used for outside mobile catering , events, internal commercial kitchens, front of house cooking, weddings, mobile catering , front of customer cooking and public places.
