Delivery Options
Shipping your Appliance
We can arrange shipping for any size of item within the UK Mainland. Please Contact us for a quotation to have your appliance delivered.
Scottish Highlands and other islands will be extra, please ask. Please note we can only ship your appliance once full funds have cleared. We will usually ship / post items within 2 days of payments being received or cleared. All shipments are on a Standard delivery (3-5 working days)
Collection from our Reading Warehouse
Collection is welcome by prior arrangement. All goods paid for and collected by yourselves or your own courier will need a tracking number and the item to be signed for stating it is in its described condition and that all liability for the item will be yours before any item is released into your possession. If you require any item to be packaged or placed on a pallet for your own courier to collect, then costs will be charged accordingly.

Terms
All our appliances include a 30 day full parts warranty commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty is subject to the machine being installed by a qualified commercial catering engineer who will carry out the installation in compliance with all current manufacturer and HSE regulations. Failure to do so will null and void any warranty with Threesixty Commercial Catering Ltd. In the event of a breakdown within the 30 day period we would require proof of install prior to shipping any replacement parts. We can assist in providing contact details for commercial install engineers in your area. We cannot be held responsible for any malfunction caused by incorrect installation.
Returns
Returns at buyer cost. Should an appliance need to be returned for reasons agreed between the buyer and ThreeSixty Commercial Catering Ltd the buyer will be responsible for ensuring the appliance is returned in the same condition as and when sold with the buyer taking responsibility for ensuring the appliance is protected appropriately for transit and will bear costs for return. Any returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
